A huge variety of lovely food at breakfast time. Outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff in the whole hotel.

Nicely appointed and well-equipped hotel, the idea of having apartment was great. Enjoyed a lounge and WiFi in the room. A handy kitchenette was included. All the staff members were especially helpful and professional. The location was comfy for traveling around Queenstown, very close to stairs at the top, and the center of Queenstown. Popped in Malbas for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Tidy place with very very nice and welcoming staff members and mountain views. A lounge and WiFi available in the apartment. Paid £ 196. Very central location, at a short distance from Fear Factory Queenstown. And just next door to the snow capped mountains, the bus station, and airport shuttle...

The rooms with a stunning view over Queenstown and own laundry facilities, as example. Good and lovely food. Caring, very amiable people working here.

Its location was very central, 500 feet from Kiwi and Birdlife Park. We had a fairly good bedroom.

The stay was absolutely really good! Knowledgeable staff, updated room, in general I loved this bright hotel. The food was great and the bar was spacious. Great service offered in this venue. A laundry room and ironing were free of charge too.

Really enjoyed the place, had an exceptional stay for 3 nights. The room I booked was kept warm with the heating provided and available with an amazing view, a balcony, as for instance. Everything was simply very good.

We had a great stay at the townhouses. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the city center. The apartment was spacious, warm, and well-equipped, perfect for families. The view from our room was phenomenal, and having on-site free parking was a huge bonus. The staff were accommodating and even provided us with a map and recommendations for local amenities. We will definitely be back!

For us - the location - close/walking distance to town. As we were there to ski - easy access to Coronet Peak. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious - well equipped kitchen facilities. Reasonable view from our apartment.

The view of Queenstown and the mountains from the living room and the bedroom !! Very clean , comfortable and the washer dryer a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a great spot in central Queenstown for a family or groups. The units were sparkling clean and spacious, offering amazing views. The location was unbeatable, just a five-minute stroll to the beach and CBD. The recent upgrades to the kitchens made the accommodation very comfortable. It was the perfect place for families and groups, with a superb location that was close enough to be in the action within minutes, yet far enough for a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended. I'll recommend this hotel for its excellent value and convenient location.
